We are experts in managing diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, obesity, and other hormonal imbalance including disorders affecting the thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and bone metabolism, as well as androgen (testosterone) replacement therapy.
Booking Your Appointment
Please kindly request a referral from your GP.
We will triage your referral appropriately and our team will contact you as soon as possible to schedule your appointment.

We work closely with diabetes educators and are able to offer a pump start package for individuals with type 1 diabetes at additional out of pocket cost to the above. Please mention your interest at the time of your appointment to further discuss pricing and inclusion.
Cancellation Policy
We have reserved your appointment time solely for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we would really appreciate it if you could please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you failed to attend your appointment for the first time, we will rebook you free of charge.
A $ 50 deposit fee will apply for a third booking if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to attend for the second time.
What you need at the time of your appointment
- We ask you to please kindly provide a current referral from your GP or specialist prior to your appointment or bring on the day of your appointment.
- Please have your Medicare as well as any DVA/pension cards ready.
- Please bring any relevant information (blood results, scan reports, current medication list, diabetes technology downloads)
- Face to face appointments: please arrive a few minutes early to check in and update any details
